Classroom Calendar by Jamie

Welcome back, happy Monday! We asked Jamie Cripps to do her magic with an end-of-year school project. She came up with a fun and useful classroom calendar using school and calandar stickers;

Jamie says, "I have wheels on the back that hold the numbers and months. For the first window (top left) I have 0-3, the second window I have 0-9, and then the bottom right window I have the months. To change the dates or months, you just spin the wheels which are held by brads (under the patterned paper)."

SUPPLIES: Stickers: Say It With Stickers #40035 Kindergarten, We've Got Your Numbers #48094 Large, Sticker Months Small #48089 Sleek.

Father's Day Tube by Jan

How clever is this for a unique Father's Day gift! Jan Tatomir filled a SRM Tube with golf tees and used our Quick Card set to decorate;

Jan drilled a hole, a little smaller than the tee, through the top of the tube and inserted the tee until it was snug. She then glued a golf ball to the top of the tee and added the star sticker from the Quick Card set. Jan used Ribbon Stiff on a piece of grosegrain ribbon, and after it dried, she fringed it to look like the ball is ready to tee off.

Our complete line of Father's Day stickers can be found and purchased HERE.

Invitation Raft by Tracey & Hop Winner

Tracey Taylor really got creative with this custom invitation!

Tracey says; The tubes are filled with wood grain patterned paper and are held together with twine that has been looped around each tube, similar to how an old fashioned raft would have been constructed.

I used skewer sticks to create the mast. To make the flags, I stuck two pennant border stickers together back to back (sticky sides together), so the flags are visible on both sides. I trimmed in between each one to make them appear more life like. The weight and flexibility of the clear stickers really makes them seem almost real to the touch.

I also made a little fishing rod with the wand as a party game idea. You could go "fishing" for treats!

SUPPLIES; We've Got Your Border Birthday 57002, Thanks 57004, and We've Got Your Invite 56001.

We'd like to thank everyone who participated in the Operation Write Home Blog Hop last weekend. It's such a worthy cause and we were happy to see so many participants. We promised a prize package, and it goes to...
